Where do you ship from?
All orders placed from www.oneskee.us are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Kentucky (United States).
What carriers do you use?
From our US fulfilment centre we ship with USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS & occasionally these regional carriers;
- East: CDL Last Mile Solutions
- Midwest: United Delivery Service (UDS)
- Texas: Lone Star Overnight (LSO)
- West: OnTrac
How long does shipping usually take?
For the US, Express is normally 2-3 days and Standard 4-7 days.
For Canada and Mexico, we only ship Express and this is 2-3 days.

Are duties and taxes included on my order?
Duties and taxes do not apply for US orders. Sales Tax will be added at checkout where applicable.
All orders are sent DDP, which means the goods arrive with all duties and taxes pre-paid.

How do I track my order?
When you place an order you will be sent tracking information to the email address you provided when placing your order. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received an email.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
Orders in processing status can only be edited or cancelled if our team has not started fulfilling them (generally two hours after placing your order).
If we haven’t begun fulfilling your order, we can edit the following order details for you:
- Recipient address/information
- Order items and quantities
- Shipping option
To do so, please get in touch with one of our team as soon as possible at email@example.com, as we are unable to amend any details on orders once they have been processed at our fulfilment centre.

What is your returns policy?
If something is not quite right you’ve got 30 days to send back your items for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.

How long will it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive your items back to us, all successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate this for you.
