Shipping to the United States;

• Duties and taxes do not apply for US orders. Sales Tax will be added at checkout where applicable.
• Shipping times for both service options varies from state to state.
• We ship with USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS & occasionally these regional carriers;

• East: CDL Last Mile Solutions
• Midwest: United Delivery Service (UDS)
• Texas: Lone Star Overnight (LSO)
• West: OnTrac

• Full tracking information will be sent to you via email once your goods have been dispatched.
• If you change your mind and wish to amend or cancel your order, this is only possible if our team has not begun processing your order. To see if it is possible, reach out as soon as possible to fulfilmentus@oneskee.com.

Shipping to Canada & Mexico;

• All orders are sent DDP, which means the goods arrive with all duties and taxes pre-paid.
• All pricing on the website excludes taxes and duties. Oneskee have adjusted catalogue prices to ensure the total amount paid by Canadian customers is in alignment with all other markets once duties & taxes are added at checkout.
• Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on the customers location. This is the final amount to be paid by the customer.
• Oneskee have partnered with FlavorCloud to take care of the global logistics process, which covers all global trade compliance and the customs clearance process.
• Customers will benefit from a seamless, automated & fast-tracked process through customs.
• Oneskee cannot control delays caused by extreme weather.
• Shipping costs are dynamically priced and routed . Oneskee are currently offering 50% discount on these live rates. Goods are shipped to Canada Express only.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for a refund within 30 working days of you receiving your order (*we do not refund shipping costs). Outside of this 30 working day period we are unable to offer a refund.

All items must be returned unworn with labels still attached to qualify for a refund. We recommend trying your items on for size before removing any tags or protective tissue paper.

If items are faulty or damaged then we must be informed via email to fulfilmentus@oneskee.com before the returns process is started. We will not accept faulty, worn or damaged products unless this has been agreed in advance via email.

Returns through www.oneskee.us can only be processed for the US, Canada & Mexico. The return charge for each is;

• US $12.00 USD
• Canada  $20.00 USD
• Mexico  $20.00 USD
